This website uses no advertising pixels, analytics trackers, third-party browser scripts, or newsletter sign-up. Cloudflare hosts and protects the site and processes connection information such as your IP address. Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
Listings, reviews, and the map
Listings and written reviews are refreshed on the server from CENTURY 21 Epic and RealSatisfied. Your browser loads this content and listing photographs from this website. The area map is a static image based on OpenStreetMap data; viewing it does not connect your browser to a map service.
Your planner and home notes
The move planner and home tour notes use this browser’s local storage. Saving or checking an item does not send it to Nannet. Anyone with access to this browser profile may be able to view it. Use the reset or remove controls, or clear this site’s browser data, to delete it. Clearing browser data also removes your saved work.
When you choose to send a message
The contact form and Send to Nannet controls send the name, email address, and message you review through Cloudflare to [email protected]. Nannet uses that information to respond to your inquiry. The website does not keep a database of your messages or use them for a mailing list. Nannet’s email provider stores the email under its normal settings.
To prevent automated abuse and duplicate sends, the website keeps short-lived counts and keyed hashes of connection and submission data for up to 24 hours. Message bodies, names, email addresses, and raw IP addresses are not stored in that abuse-prevention state or application logs. A confirmation means the email service accepted the submission; it is not a guarantee of inbox placement or a response time.
Using the email-app fallback is optional and sends through your own email provider. Avoid including financial account details, identification documents, medical information, or other sensitive records. Ask Nannet for an appropriate way to share private transaction documents.

External services, including property sites, RealSatisfied, and government resources, have their own privacy practices and receive your connection when you follow their links.
