Nannet’s home base
Rohnert Park & Cotati
Start with the things you do every day.
A home search here is a chance to look closely at the routines that matter to you: getting to work, walking to a park, finding space for a hobby, or simply having a comfortable place to come home to.
Try your actual commute
Both Rohnert Park and Cotati have SMART stations. Compare the current schedule with your work hours, then test the trip from the home you are considering.
Look beyond bedroom count
Notice stairs, entryways, storage, parking, and the route from the car to the kitchen. Bring your own day-to-day needs into the conversation.
Get specific about the property
Ask about upkeep, utilities, association documents if applicable, and the history of alterations. A nearby home can have very different obligations.
